Towel Raises Are For Girth

I think im going to start doing towel raises.I just want girth alot of it. Does anyone do towel raises?I done a little research on it and its basicaly a towel placed over an erect penis and you just do lifts.Over time meaning a few mos you could see nice girth gains.Does anyone do these and have you gotten results?How long did it take you to see results?

I haven’t heard about these giving girth gains. I would think that would be more of an exercise for EQ and to strengthen the BC muscle like kegeling does. Essential all a towel raise is is a kegel with some resistance.

It does make sense for it to give you girth gains.You are lifting weight with your penis.I read its helps kegels also.

Well you’re not really lifting with your penis you are lifting with your BC muscle which raises your penis. The only muscle in the penis is the smooth muscle and you don’t really have control of it like you do over other muscles. It just relaxes when you are aroused. Saying that you are lifting weight with your penis is like saying you are lifting weight with your fingers when you do curls. Just because your fingers are attached to your arm and the weight is on them does not mean that they are the ones doing the work of lifting, it is the bicep that lifts; your fingers just kind of go along for the ride.

If thats the case how is it that jelqing helps girth?

Jelqing forces blood in the CC and CS and the glans, which in it’s turn gives expansion in those mentioned before, creating micro-tears which then get “filled up” with healing tissue and this results in girth and length gains.

A lot of the penis is vascular smooth muscles; which is to say, blood vessels. It contains no striated muscles, which are the kind that you can make bigger through exercise.
