Hi,

I have recently started the newbie routine. I am quickly on the go because of work and was wondering what tools or tactics ppl implement to continue their training regimine. I am thinking is there a penis warmer you can use to utilize at a public rest stop instead of traditional warm towel for warm up. What other tips and tricks can be used? Any input and help is appreciated. Sorry if this is on the wrong section I am new to forums and this site.

I think PE requires some time, though not much, and consistency. We’re all busy but you can’t find 20 minutes in a day to dedicate to work?

Well I can’t do it at home because I don’t have privacy because of roommates. Some of them are female and I don’t want to explain why I spend random 30m in bathroom 😨. That’s the main reason but also because of work schedule.

Somehow you have to make time to do it. As you know you can’t do any exercise on the go and expect results. Time and consistency is needed. I am sure you can get much done in a 15 minute shower. 30 minutes is way too long.

Ok, how can I modify the newbie routine? It has 30m for length of workout. Because I feel like the on the go workout may be a new frontier on here.

How do you modify the newbie routine? Well do less. When you have the time do more. A few minute warmup followed by 3-4 minutes of stretching and then 8-10 minutes of jelqing will get you started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Ok, thank you for all the feedback. I will tryout the linear newbie routine. I will probably implement a quick/fake shower in my day in addition to my normal shower to be able to complete this.

You can use a microwave gel pack to warm up before going into the bathroom.

Heat it up in the microwave, (anybody asks, it for a sports injury) put some baggy sports pants on, wrap it around your penis, sit at your desk for 10 mins, then off for your “second shower” for the day.

Linear Routine shouldn’t take more than 10 mins… if it takes longer, your doing too much for a newbie.
