Trouble with blood spotting

So I started PEing and shortly after (week or so) I got some blood spotting so I gave it a break until it disappeared.

Today I started just the newbie routine (warm,stretch,jelq,etc.)

I have one little thing looks almost like a zit it’s like a little tiny bump that first was white but when I was finished it was color of blood and I have little specs of darkness which I’m guessing is blood..

I’m doing a 2day on 1 day off routine, should I rest again until it heals or will that slowly go away as it gets used to the PEing?

At first I was told that it was beacause I had done stretching while erect but I havent done any after I took my break..

Kinda frusterated with this.. Just trying to do whats right

I guess you’re going hard with your exercises. Just take a break until it completely heals, then start out with less force.

That’s what I was thinking.. I guess I will see tomorrow morning if it has gone away. Thanks pegain

PE is a game of finesse, not force. Take it easy. The harder you try, the slower it goes.

Yeah so I am learning, I will take as much rest as needed, and I don’t mind it becasue PEing can take almost an hour of time I could be chillin so either way it’s no big deal :P
