Not looking to be convince just more of trying to get detailed information about how extenders work and those who say they gained from one vs those who say its a rip off. So far the answers have been in a more general sense. I’m certainly not fixed on them just more curious then anything on trying to grasp the ideal that this can and will work but I do have to look at the pros and cons of it. Extenders work by causing plastic deformation of the tissues of your dick.
This occurs by providing moderate load over long periods of time.
Hanging is somewhat the reverse. Heavier loads for less time.
People get varying results which is true for all things in PE.
The answer is to try things to see what works for you individually.
All of the info you will find here are reports of individual results with some shit thrown in by exaggerators and liars.
But you can generally tell the difference quickly enough, and that which you miss will get tagged by the mods eventually.
