When I do my tunica stretches I find that I can’t really feel much of a stretch in the penis, what are some really intense tunica stretches?


Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

The V stretches (regular and inverted) are the only real tunica stretches I know of. Regular jelqing and other variations of jelqing in my opinion are the best ways to hit the tunica. Try jelq squeezes if you believe you are conditioned enough for them. They are my favorite of the manual exercises. After a 15-20 minute jelq do about 10 minutes of jelq squeezes (or what ever amount you prefer to start off with). They give a hell of an intense workout to the tunica. Try to keep your erection at around 70-80%. That percentage worked best for me.

I don’t do jelqing cause I’m happy with my girth and don’t want to increase it at the moment.

All stretching will target the tunica somewhat, unless you use a basal grip or attachment (on a hnager).

Even with a hanger (or stretcher), I believe we can stretch the tunica as well, it depends on the direction.

SU will more likely do the tunica, while SD do the lig.

Yes, SD will stretch the tunica also, unless you attach it at the base.

This is not abnormal. The tunica is hard to stretch and it takes a lot of time to do so.
Don’t worry about not feeling any stretch.
