A silicone sleeve is the best for me (ebay, diy or products forum).
A padded velcro is also good. There are flexible wrist fabric where a velcro is added at the end so you can strap around your cock.
I foudn one in a sports store(europe) and cut it right so it works for me.
Neoprene.
Bycicle tubing.
You want soething you can close around your cock and then apply the clamp over it.
Raw or with mousepad sounds bad and the guys who did that are hardcore lol.
You want no sharp or plastic parts onto the skin.
You might just stroll around a sport clothing / accesories shop to check for stuff. Tennis wrist stuff might help.
But silicone was the ebst for me.
Apply cushion onto semi erect cock.
Slide it as far down as you can while you stretch with the other hand your turkey neck down to the balls.
The most important is to ensure that the top side is slided as far to the pubic bone as possible. Cause there you deny the blood backflow.
The turkey neck side just ensure to be comfortable and distribute the skin evenly below the cushion.
Then you apply the clamp over the cushion. Optimally there is only a small strip of cushion between clamp and pubic bone.
Kegel blood in or engage an errection. During that the clamp probably shifts up. push it to the pubic bone. its bit of trying to find the right clamp click where this is possible.
I use a second clamp over the first clamp which helps me to keep the first to the pubic bone. Cause the pressure will always push the clamp away from the bone. its normal even with 2 clamps. fasten the first clamp and then the second and push it towards the first clamp.
A second clamp will INCREASE PRESSURE. so take care.
I guess a thicker fat pad will increase problems holding the clamp to the bone. In the end clamping doesnt count as wellness programm lol ;)
