Turtleing

After doing my routine I notice my penis isn’t pumped up and reverts into itself slightly, does this mean I’m doing it wrong or part of the process ?

This is my workout at the moment, I am on day 20 so far but did take a break in between, I noticed id turtle on most days to be fair but only recently read that this is a bad sign, I don’t think I apply too much pressure but maybe I should tone it down ?

Constant turtling is a bad sign.

That routine doesn’t look loaded.

Try Linear Routine (wet jelq version) without the manual stretches, and see what happens.
