Ulis For Length?

Ulis For Length?

My goal is to add length. It seams like most of the guys on here that have gained some decent length have incorporated Ulis into there routine. What is the best way to do this. I have watched the video on how to do them, but it doesn’t say much about how long your suposed to hold them for, or how many. Can you guys tell me how you have used Ulis in your routine? Thanks for your help!

The idea behind Ulis is great, but do you know about stretching for lenght?

In 2 years of regular stretching, besides other exercises of PE, I gained almost 2” in my BPEL.

In my case Ulis and his variations is wonderful for girth.

2” in length through stretches? Wow! What is your routine? How much time do you stretch? Is it manual stretches?

With regular stretching, I think he does mean manual stretching. Remember that two years is a lot of stretching. And he’s probably been increasing stretching time since he started. All this just gives me more faith in manual exercises.


Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Yes, manual stretching, and yes 2 years is a lot of stretching.
I began with 10 minute sessions, trying to learn how to stretch. Nowdays I stretch 3-4 times a week for 40-45 minute sessions.

Sometimes ago there was a member named bird2.

He was a great stretcher. I learned a lot from his posts and I advise you to find and read them too.

Currently: May, 2010 @ 7.5” BPEL 5.25” EG

Goal: 8.5" BPEL x 6" EG

Try fowfers this is a great long term stretch done over hours. With Manual stretching you eventually get tired but they are great to. I still like to do rotary stretches now and them.

Sincerely, I don’t like fowfers.

First of all I am not able to do them and now I am convinced that after an intense session of PE my penis need to rest.

I do PE 3-5 times a week for a total of 6-10 hours weekly. I have decided do not use any kind of ADS after my training.

But I would to precise that I am speaking only for myself.

Wow, those are great numbers! 2 Inches! I would be SO happy with 2 inches! I think I may have under estimated stretching. Do you also jelq or do any other exercise? Thanks for your help. It is greatly appreciated!

Stretching was always used for length gains.
