Update with me
I took a couple of weeks off and am back and have decided to work more towards length.
Routine:
500 wet jelqs a day at very low erection level with 2 hands (instead of before where I did 200 dry with one hand)
20 minutes of stretching, just doing the ordinary and V stretches (I never really did stretch before but it’s nice when you really feel it working
Clamping. Before I started this and did 4 15minute sessions staying fully equipped. Now trying something different out where I get as hard as possible and clamp at the bottom with only my hand and don’t worry about staying stimulated. It’s actually really good to use your hand when clamping, I don’t know why more people don’t do it, you can get a great amount of control about the exact pressure you desire.
Current stats 6.5 NBPEL 7BPEL and around 5inches EG
