Upward curve

Upward curve

Currently my penis curves slightly downward. Is it possible to train it to have an upward curve? Can anyone point to the right thread?

Is this a subtle downward curve? I am assuming you were born with it and it’s not the result of trauma of some sort?

If it’s subtle you might find some benefit from just jelqing against the curve, so to speak.. Alternatively you could do a V-stretch against the curve and/or use a traction-type device (extender) on its own, or an extender with a similar V-stretch against the curve as well. You’ll probably be at it for a long while before you see some sort of results though, to be honest.

As far as extreme curvature there are surgical options (penile plication and grafting for instance), but like any surgery that carries with it typical surgery risks of infection and the like.. In the case of the plication surgery you have the added bonus of a potentially a reduced penis length (I’m guessing that’s probably not what you’re looking for on a board like Thunder’s). HOWEVER, using a technique with plication + dermal grafting on the ‘short’ side, penile length has been maintained with these surgeries. It’s still traumatic and would mean you’d need recovery time, obviously, but if the curve is extreme and it’s affecting your sex life, etc. Then it’s certainly a viable option.. But regardless that’s something you and your urologist would need to discuss.

The NIH site gives a good overview of these more ‘serious’ options which you may already be aware of. Photos at the end are not for the squeamish.

Thanks Marinera, very helpful. I have a very slight downward curve but the word on the “street” is that and upward curve is more desirable when it comes to hitting the g spot. How do you guys feel about this?

Also, since I’ve been performing PE, I’ve had some serious erections and my underwear kept them pointing downwards. I think that’s what caused this slight curve. I’m thinking of wearing a ADS device (with hardly any tension) and pointing it upwards in while I sleep so my boner points upward. Thoughts?

I used to have a little bit of a downward curve. But the little bit of jelqing I did a few years ago + sleeping naked for the past few years + masturbating against the curve (which I suppose is kind of a light pressure erect jelq) the last few years seems to have mostly straightened it out. It’s not upward pointing by any means, but quite a bit straighter than it used to be.

Now that I’m taking up PE again but with a bit more commitment, perhaps I can get it fully straight and then maybe work toward a slight upward curve.
