Aat a lot of meat like lamb barbecue, eat much beans? tuna, chocolate cream, vegetable, rice. black bread, and if you are married, do not have sex more than 2 times a week. use your brain. and not your penis and make your workouts, your penis will grow fast and your penis will be like stone and your wife or your girlfriend will feel the difference and you’ll hear it hurts :D

Kjdeet yes if you eat much and skip sex for some time and do your workouts 4 times a week Penis will grow fast and penis will be like stone , Try one week without sex and see the difference,having too much sex will make your penis weak but less sex will make your penis strong :D

My new routine is (Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism) + 5 minutes high erection jelq + hot water before and after your workout, it is easily try it :D

Kjdeet was interested in the routine that gave you the 2” gain you claim you got, not the new one.

Sorry for meddling, could not help it. And calling the mem routine easy, not so much, it’s quite the advanced routine I did it for 2- 3 months.

You did the mem’s routine for 2-3 months, did you gain?

If I remember correct about 0,3” in length, so not that much. Wish I had done the routine longer as it did actually produce results.
If you do the routine build your way up to the recommended session time as it can be hard on your unit.
