I read some where about big girtha swimming in a cold-ish swimming pool to help solidify gains. I’ve been searching but haven’t been able to find more on this theory, how would a newbie go about introducing this to his routine?

Should I dip my penis into ice water while still enlarged from jeqling?

I wouldn’t apply cold after jelqs, if ever on the last set of stretching; anyway I think newbies could just stay on the most simple things, anyhing you add makes harder to understand how to perform exercises, which isn’t as simple as could seem and it is the most important thing.

Take a cold shower. There are numerous benefits to taking cold showers. Your hair and skin will be less dry, your skin and penis will even be a little more shiny, your test levels will rise, if you have sore muscles or just worked out it helps remover some of the lactic acid, it strengthens your immune system, makes you tougher and cold weather doesn’t bother you as much.

There are other benefits to but those are just the ones off the top of my head.
