V stretch and effects
Ok, so I have read all the tutorials and editorials and watched the videos. But what does v stretch and inverted v stretch do? Does it affect length more than girth, or vice versa, or a mixture of the two? I am a newbie to PE and will be following that routine for a while (as per instructions) but when that trial period is over, I want to know just what I need to do to get the results I am looking for.
