As far as the gains in girth I couldn’t always get an erection upon demand so I did all of my Jelqing while I was flaccid. I also did clamping in the morning while I still had the morning wood, because if I got up and walked a round I would loose it. So this happen way before I took a piss. The clamping was done every morning for 10 minutes and then continue with Jelqing for another 10 minutes.
When it came to hanging I would do that at night. I started out with 3-5 minute session with 15 lbs, 3-5 minute session with 20 lbs. This weight of 15 and 20 lbs was done in my 5 month of PE, from there I just kept graduating up to heaver weights. By Sept of 2006 I was hanging 75 lbs off my penis with my home made hanger. With some lower weight I was using a padded Jelq stick which I placed under my balls.
I had a hook that I screwed into the wall and had a rope that was attached to it, from the rope I attached my hanger that was on my penis. At this point I would step back until the rope was taunt between the hook and the hanger. I was using this for SO, BTC and 90 degree to the right and left. I would even angle myself to about 10 degrees bakward and be supported only by the rope. So KP this was some of the things that I did to gain in Length and Girth.
