Very sore

I feel and already can see and tell everything is going well except I noticed that my ass is sore.. Has this happened or is happening to anyone else and is it normal?

Hi Jasonrc, first of all congratulations for your progress ;) . About ass sore, i think u should give more info about your problem. If u do kegels u will probably have some stiffness, that’s normal.

Did you get fucked in the ass recently?

But in all seriousness, is your ass actually sore or your glutes? My glutes were sore yesterday from having sex the other night.
I also have occasionally sore glutes when hanging BTC. It’s pretty tough achieving the position that allows angle much less holding it for 15 minutes.
