There are plenty of discussions, manuals, videos, and techniques out there, but I still want to hear directly from the experts and experienced veterans when it comes to creating *my own* routine.

My goal is to reach 19 cm BPEL and 14–15 cm EG.

Over the past 7 months, I’ve been doing manual exercises and gained about 0.5 cm in both length and girth.

Now, I want to take things more seriously, like going to the gym, but for penis training.
I’m ready to invest in the right equipment and build a proper, structured routine.

I’m aiming for a 3-year timeline, so I want to approach this in a way that:

- Minimizes pain, redness, or discoloration
- Makes smart, efficient use of my time

I sit for work about 6 hours a day, so I’m wondering if there’s any way to take advantage of that time.
I also go to the gym regularly, so I was thinking I could follow up my workouts with penis training exercises at home.

I’m looking for advice on building a routine, whether that includes clamping, pumping, ADS, or anything else.
I want to use everything available to help me reach my goals over the next 3 years.


Start 2025: NBFL 10 cm - BPFSL - 12,75cm - BPEL 14,5 cm - EG 12 cm

GOAL 2028: NBFL xx cm - BPEL 19 cm - EG 15cm

Bottom line is, you have to put in the time.

Whatever you find to work best for yourself over time is the best course. I’ve been doing this quite a while, and commitment has been my greatest struggle. Gains do come.
