Hey, guys, I don’t know if anyone remembers my earlier topic which stated that I am attempting to PE without the use of pornography or any form of a nude source to maintain my erections during PE. I have tried, to mixed results to train using sheer willpower, but constantly end up losing my erection from a good and gorged 80% to a useless >25% gorge.
Anyway, I’ve been doing research around the site and other places and have found a few helpful options to aid me on my life of PE. So far from responses on this site, I’ve noticed that taking things like ginko biloba and l-arcinine will help with my blood flow down there by opening the cardiovascular strength of my veins. I’m looking to pick up these supplements soon enough, and am wondering if there is anything else that I can take to promote a better engorged state?
This brings me to my next question, is it possible to obtain a good engorged state (75%+) while taking medication like viagra or horny goat weed? I know that these supplements are intended for older men with varied degrees of ED, but I am 24 and still have no issues with full erections, I just really need a boost when it comes to keeping it up during extended periods of jelqing.
My routine is:
5-min of running my dick under warm/hot water
10-min of assorted stretches
15-min dry jelq (constant issues with keeping blood in my dick above a 50% level, might I have some form of ED? Porno works for me, but I just can’t watch the stuff anymore)
5-min of running my dick under warm/hot water
2on 1 off
I’d also like to know if there is maybe a pump or a clamp that I can use (with extreme caution) early in my career to be able to keep my dick plump throughout this minimal time in which I’m actually supposed to be engorged to perform a part of my work out?
