Warm up question

I am new here and I start my PE for about a week now, mostly I do not have much privacy so it is hard for me to warm up. Does PE works without warm up, or is there any other way to warm up besides towel and hot water. Please advise. Thanks.

Warm up is an essential part of a PE routine. It reduces chances of injury an makes your unit more pliable for PE. You can also use a rice sock or an IR lamp for warm up.
