I’ve read some more about my injury and I really don’t want to risk permanent injury because I might have somewhat already. I’m going to take a week off and seriously reconsider doing workouts for my penis anymore. But I am seriously addicted to making my dick bigger ever since I’ve seen gains. Wish me luck and encouragement not to jelq for at least a week and hopefully I figure out if I want to continue pursuing my dream of a big dick. Or at least go about it differently. Might switch up the routine big time to very few jelqs and move more towards stretching and cock cushion.

Refresh me if I’m off here… but you did some high intensity manual girth work and then got some blood out the urethra? And gained like 0.5 inch girth in a short time during the process?

I don’t have experience with that. But from what I’ve read here, that would be a somewhat common effect of doing girth work of that intensity. And you could just take a week or two off, and then start again using slightly less force. You’ve got a tough decision to make. On the one hand, what you’re doing is working for massive girth gains. On the other hand, it is causing injury and who wants a big dick that doesn’t work? So try to find a middle ground where you are still gaining at a slower pace, but without injuring yourself each time you do a workout.

Okay thanks ya I’ve been doing high intensity girth stuff and seemly slowly gaining everyday even off days. Blood seemed to come out like from the top portion inside my dick just barely. I’m thinking a month off of porn and jelqing. Is stretching okay?
