Weight lifting supplements posssibly helping PE

Does anyone believe this?

It seems rather believable if you ask me. I am into bodybuilding/strongman/power-lifting. I have been thinking with all the pills I take (bcaa/multi vitamins/fish oil/green tea pills/caffeine/liver support/milk thistle/amino and fatty acids and then some), plus the NO-Xplode and other blood pumping powders/pills.

Do you think it is possible that any of these help in any way?

Knight2000, I think you’ll find that the consensus here is that some supplements may help with circulatory support in general and may contribute to better erections (which means more size indirectly), but not directly to growth.

I would figure not direct, but indirect.

I am taking a few supplements, and I have yet to measure real results since taking them and doing PE (I started during a 6 week break) but Creatine definitely helps with erections.

I am by no means a doctor yet, but I think I can help you guys out a little bit (taking the MCAT soon)

Lots of the stuff for weight lifting, I.e. Protein supplements etc and multivitamins, are helpful to muscular tissue in general, a lot of this means that the protein needed to recover from your PE will be supplemented by your weight lifting supplements also, (also if you eat a good diet high in lean protein, it will also help)

However, I would be careful about the caffeine pills and green tea pills, (a lot of the stuff can be destructive to your sleep cycle and some have catabolic effects)

I would definitely take the fish oil, protein powder and the multivitamin (I try to take all these daily)

I don’t know much about the NO-xplode as I don’t understand too much about the physiology behind it

I would warn you about caffeine pills and tea pills and also specially about Creatine, as there is still much debate over the use of creatine long term (I personally don’t ever take it)

caffeine, according to what I’ve learnt on this site, would not be helping your PE in anyway shape or form.

Yea caffeine is not good and noxplode is loaded with it. Green tea is pretty low in caffeine though and has good circulatory benefits so it depends on how loaded up with caffeine the specific pills you take are. One supplement that I used to take, stopped, and now am taking again as a do PE is ,is Nitrix which seems sort of like viagra-lite to me since it has nitric oxide to open up blood vessels and such.

As an aspiring power-lifter and strongman, I would like to inform you sir that creatine can be very harmful for you if you do not take the amount directed. You must also drink a LOT of water to go along with it, and it must be cycled.

If not taken correctly your kidneys will be destroyed.

NO-Xplode is just a blood flower, increases pump, energy and increases your muscle stamina. It is Nitric Oxcide. I don’t remember reading caffeine in it.

As for the green tea and caffeine pills, those should of course be taken at proper times and at the proper dosage so you don’t screw up your sleep schedule/daily life. Also milkthistle and Liver support tabs are highly recommended to help process everything in your body. Lastly, drinking at least a gallon and a half of water a day is an absolute MUST.

NO-Xplode requires 120ozs of water daily alone. 128oz = 1 gallon = 3.78 liters or whatever.

To the guys that say protein supplements could indeed help gains, if so how, as I have heard many times that the penis is not a muscle?

Also if these things do indeed help gains, what do people think to the idea that steroids could also help gains?

Any answers appreciated

Steroids, no. Because steroids is not a simple supplement. It is required to be taken in proper conjunction and in a proper cycle with other things such as dbol and hgh. It wouldn’t do anything but hurt you.

However I have been thinking about test control pills and such that focus and manipulate your test.

Protein is used to repair damaged and torn fibers in your body, mainly muscle.

Yes, I think I agree.

But do you think it would have any negative effects on gains, if you were going through a proper cycle?

It will have a negative effect on your entirely. You can’t just take it and sit back. Lol

Also you can’t just jump into it either. Your body needs to be molded and ready for it otherwise you will just harm yourself terribly.

I wouldn’t be just taking it and sit back lol, I have many friends who go through cycles and I was just thinking of maybe trying one before the summer to get a little extra muscle mass and then clean cut. I am in good shape anyway and would be sticking to a strict routine at the gym, just wanted to see if it might hinder any PE gains. Do you think I should give it a miss lol? You sound like you have some knowledge on this.

Lol it’s all I read up on.. This.. PUA and strongman/power-lifting.

I would hope you go in depth and study what and how you are supposed to take them so you avoid acne and hgh gut or other side effects.

It should technically only be used by lifters with years of experience. The perfect example of the perfect usage result would be Marius Pudzianowski. If taken absolutely properly and at the right times and cycles you can come out clean as hell like him. (But he’s a god so you won’t ever be like him, nobody will lol) Google him and you tube his videos.

I have very little confidence your friends know what they are doing, proper precautions are needed as well, one big one is stretching properly daily, before and after workouts. Otherwise you will bow or get to tight of muscles and eventually tear them.

Yea think I’m just assuming it’s to simple, ill leave it until I am more clued up about it. Yea I no marius pudzianowski the polish guy, worlds strongest man on I don’t know how many occasions. He’s a machine lol. Yea my mates do not really know what they are doing, just want to get big quick lol, but they seem to be ok, must have come off lucky.

Thanks for the help mate
