What are realistic gains

What are realistic gains

Okay so I started PE two weeks ago and I have no expectations of get fast gains. I am on a strict diet and workout routine to gain muscle and size so I thought if I am working every other part of my body why not me penis too. I am starting at 6.5inches BPEL and 5inches MSEG, I don’t want to overdo it so I am taking the less is more approach. I am using the newbie routine, five days a week and resting on weekends. My goal is 7.5inches BPEL and 6inches EG. Is that a realistic goal? If so how long will it take to achieve? And how long before you should start seeing your first gains?

2 years for lenght, 3 years minimum for girth.

1/16”-1/8” per month your first year.

Bpel: 8", Bpeg: 6", Mbeg: 5.75", Meg: 5.5", Aheg: 5.25", Heg: 4.5" - 11/18/11

Bpel: 8", Bpeg: 6", Mbeg: 5.875", Meg: 5.63", Aheg: 5.38", Heg: 4.75" - 5/18/12

Bpel:+1/4", Bpeg:6", Mbeg: 5.875", Meg:+1/16", Aheg: +1/16", Heg: +1/16" - 6/18/12

Your EQ could have something to do with it. I gained .25” in length and .125” in girth pretty quickly, but I had EQ issues. Gains are gains, in my book—I’m bigger now than I was then—but for actual structural gains, you need a lot more time.

I’m assuming that doesn’t include the maintenance period to cement your gains right? Just to make sure.

If you have a lot of personal discipline and listen to the advice from some of the vets here, I think +1” length is realistic for many men in 1-2 years. +1” girth seems to be more difficult although I suspect you won’t complain if you are “only” 7.5”x5.5” in 2 years with great EQ.

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

All sound like reliable answers and expectations! Thanks guys!

Two to three years is a long time but I understand nothing comes easy and if I can just make PE part of my daily routine then I am sure time will fly! :) Kegel will help with EQ won’t it?

Cementing included.

Is that based on his current routine or could hanging/pumping etc accelerate that time frame? …

Nothing could accelerate that time frame other than being blessed with good genes for growth.

Though I hope that’s overly conservative, that’s one of the things I appreciate most on this site.

No over the top hype or snake oil remedies here.

I started the noobie routine in late May of this year and by mid July (6-7 weeks) I saw a half inch gain. I was over 6” for the first time in my life. But, that gain was not consistent and after continued reading in these forums I learned that most likely my gains were a result of improved EQ and inconsistent measuring. Now that I have a set routine and more comfortable with my unit I can say that I am creeping over 6”. Was I always near 6”? Probably not, but even if my gain has been a quarter inch in nine weeks that seems phenomenal and I will celebrate that.
