Can you back that up?

Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

Rice sock. Looking for better options though.

This is a marathon worth running!!

Dec 09: BPEL 5.3" x MSEG 4.2"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" x MSEG 5"

I use a plastic bottle (water bottle) and put warm water into it. I press it against the top part of my penis for 3 minutes and 3 minutes under. I leave the bottle on my shelf and or in my bag and it doesn’t look suspicious.

It’s quick, easy and very discreet!

Herballist,

IR is present in regular lightbulbs, sunlight and what not. Even a closed oven door - the warmth you feel is IR. Rather long wave light, too long for our eyes to detect.

Nope, it’s the shorter waves that are known to cause cancer. If IR caused cancer, you couldn’t have a furnace or anything warm around.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

As most probably already know, light exists in a spectrum of wavelengths, only a small fraction of which is visible to our eyes. This visible spectrum, from longer to shorter wavelength is ROYGBIV: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. The longer the wavelength, the lower the energy of the light—thus infrared (which is below red) is actually lower energy than regular visible light, whereas ultraviolet (which is above violet) is higher energy. In this way you can understand at least from a cursory standpoint why UV rays can be damaging, but IR pose no threat, and as already mentioned are completely ubiquitous.

Also, sorry to bump my original question, but can anyone in the United States recommend me a good IR light source?
