What Did I Do Wrong

What Did I Do Wrong

I have a manual air pump with gauge and release valve.
I went in flaccid pumped to less than 3inhg felt pain. Held for less than thirty seconds. Then released pressure, pumped up again to 3inhg held for less than , 30 seconds. The released.
Penis never touched the cylinder walls . I have a 2 x9 cylinder.

Never became fully engorged now my penis is aching and I can’t maintain an erection. No morning wood or nocturnal erections.

I’d love to know what I did wrong

Seems like you did nothing wrong. Everyone is unique and our bodies don’t all respond the same. Years ago I tried pumping and had the same outcome. Indeed, have tried pumping several times over the past ten years with the same outcome. I’m a "less can be more guy" so have always been very careful and ease into new bodybuilding and PE exercises. My body let me know each time that pumping was not something it would tolerate. Shit-canned a lot of expensive gear but learned what I shouldn’t do for PE.

If you are like me, your EQ will recover and you’ll be just fine. Take several days off and let your penis rest.

Based on your report, it seems that you started PE directly with vacuum pumping. This approach is not recommended, as it is essential to begin with the newbie routine and follow it for at least three months before introducing more advanced methods.

Even though you performed short sessions at a pressure of 3 inHg, generally considered too low to cause damage, you still experienced pain. This could indicate that your penis was not yet prepared for negative pressure, potentially leading to microtraumas or localized injuries to blood vessels and/or tissues.

It can happen, but don't worry, it's nothing serious.

To promote recovery, I strongly recommend that you immediately stop using the vacuum pump and, if necessary, refrain from sexual activities until the issue is fully resolved. If the symptoms persist, you should consider consulting a urologist or andrologist for a more in-depth evaluation.

So you have never continued air pumping?

I have been doing traction for a year but only recently started pumping. Before traction I always heat my penis first with a rice sock maybe I should have done that with the vacuum pump?

Even though I believe you have a particular genetic sensitivity, warming up is always essential before any workout. In theory, if performed at temperatures between 39 and 43 degrees Celsius, it has no limitations in terms of applicability.

A couple of additional tips, especially for using the vacuum pump: lubricate the penis with oil to reduce friction, use a silicone sleeve to focus the pressure exclusively on the penis, and always perform the exercises while standing for better effectiveness.

Thanks for tips. I have some silicone sleeves coming in the mail.

So you know anyone that has been able to straighten their penis with a vacuum pump?

Why is it better to use vacuum pump standing?

For a simple matter of gravity: when lying down, gravity acts against the penis, while when standing, it aligns with its direction. In a single pumping session, the effect is minimal, but over time, it can make a difference.
