What do you guys think of this extender?

I am thinking about getting an extender, since I cannot get my self to commit to a manual routine, and I was looking and some extenders available in Brasil.

I came across this one, the Vac Extensor.

From what I read, many users advice against noose extenders, and this one is a vaccum extender.
