What happened to Me After 2 Week Break?

I had to stop for 2 weeks due an injury. Now im gonna start slow again because it’s still my 4 month. Now when I jelq my foreskin keeps falling over my glans when before the break I didn’t had this problem? What caused it and can I Prevent it in the future? Its so annoying and frustrating. I cant focus good on the jelqs now and im losing motivation fast due this problem. Im wearing my foreskin over my glans during the day now in the hope its gonna be over soon. Anyone have other tips? Regular jelqs were always uncomfortable for me. Pulling my foreskin over my glans just feels uncomfortable. So I’ve always done dry jelqs. They’re more intense so you can’t do as many but not needing the lube is a bonus.

Hmm i dont like dry jelqs. It gave me some stinging like pain and some bruising. Now my gains were amazing with dry jelqing and I want to continue were I left but its not that easy because my fore skin is working against me. And my gains are almost gone due 2 week break for my injury

I believe that jelqing may also lead to injury depending on how firm and tight you hold your willy. We have no idea on how much force we can exert in our hands. Although I’m a beginner, I did observe that when I go all in with my hand, my willy goes limp. Despite this, it is one of the most effective exercise out there. There is a post somewhere here about indicators when you’re going overboard or under. Go check it out

Hi, I know. I jelqed for 4 months and after the 3 month my grip was very very low and still made gains but If i do that now my foreskin rolles over my glans every time so I have tighten my grip a bit. The injury is unknown to any member on this forum and even the doctor doesnt know what it is. It came from stretching 99% sure so i cant stretch for a long time im afraid. Where do you Guys Measure Bone Pressed?

Do you guys measure just above the penis or more above the penis. Where my pubic hair grows their is a lot of difference in bone pressed measurements. What is the right way to measure? Horny but Not Getting Max Erection

Hi, I know grow from 15.3 bpel to 16.1 bpel but somethimes and Im trying to find a pattern but somethimes when Im very horny my penis wont get to 16.1 bpel. I measure now 4 months in a row 16.1 but somethimes it just wont get that long even when im very hard and horny. Whats causing this. My measurements were taken after 1 month break so it was not a temporary 16.1 I measured it at least 30 times in a row but somethimes it just wont get that hard. I also have a hard time measuring.
I know it’s important, but still the hardest is consistency, and most of all find out what routine has given you best outcome and trying to perfect it.
Always checking on physiological indicators also a good healing time, doing too much has caused me shrinkage in a time.

When to switch things up?

Hello, i started around 5.5 months ago and had 1 month break due injury. So 3 months up 1 month break and now 2 months again. My gains were 0.3 inches. Now Im doing the same routine as before and Im already at 30 mins jelqing 10 mins stretching again. Now I want to ask when is the point I know im not gaining from the newbie routine. I know there are a lot of post about this but none of them specifically tells when do you switch after a break. Because know I had 0.3 inches maybe more already but I bought an extender for €120 in my first week of PE. I want to use it but when i keep gaining with the newbie routine it is stupid to use it right? For sure after a injury break?

I want to use the extender but also I hate it because it was so much work with slippage and pain. So are there any people here that gained 1 inch+ with jelqing and manual stretches only ?

Also another question just curious: when do you guys measure? Im now 2 months up again and after the first month I saw some gains but I didnt measure because i was feeling good about myself but now im in the second month and I dont want to measure yet again after I seen some clear gains again

I think you should switch if you have only seen 0.3” gain in 5 months with the newbie routine. Take a look at my beginner’s routine on my thread. I know a guy who saw 0.2” gain in 2 weeks with my routine. If it’s not there then you can PM me.

But many people on this forum said that newbie gains can come after 3 months so why would I stop now after 0.7cm gains in 5 months (with 1 month break). I think I made new gains already but didnt measure. If youre right what routine should I do? I have an extender maybe begin with 1 hour in 1 week and then build up very Slowly to newbie routine + 6 hours a day ADS? or just 3 days on 1 day off (i do now 2 days on 1 day off newbie routine) or larger sessions?
