Good days everybody;

I am a new PE’er so I need to consult something

I am making 5-10 min warm up period with hot water
I am making 2 sets 20-30 second stretch up-down-right-left
This is the important one that when I am wet jelqing I am not counting. I can not stop myself, I want to apply more than a hour.
Maybe it is passing to 500 stroke. After finishing I am warming down and when I go to the bed I am continue to dry jelqing. I don’t know why but I like to jelq all the time.

Other of my question is about kegel exercise. I am taking breath in and same time beginning kegel.I am breathing out and finishing kegel. Is it true way to do kegel exercise.

It is not a good idea to overdo your PE sessions. Because you run the danger of a hard and white flaccid and then a lengthy lay off to let your penis recover.

Follow the newbie routine and take things steadily.

You will find several guy’s problems on the forum asking for advice about damaged penises. It would be a good idea to read through them and see what damage you can do to yourself.
