What is my problem

What is my problem

I started to PE on may this year. Since I’m haven’t a LOT at around six(very low LOT) I always did my stretches in maximum upward angle.
My initial routine was 5 minutes of warm wrap, 15, 30 sec upward stretches followed by 15 minutes jelq session. I repeated this for 4 times a week. I continued this routine consistently for a month but I had no gain at all. I was very upset and I lost consistency with the routine. During next 2 months I followed the same routine without the jelq session and with out much consistency. From the start of the September I re-started doing it more consistently and followed the following routine.

5 mins warm wrap
20, 30 sec stretches mostly in upward direction
200 3 sec jelqs

Still I haven’t measured the length, but visually I don’t see any difference. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here.
I’m particularly concerned about the force I put to stretches. I get some pain at the base of the penis while stretching, but this pain is almost always withstand-able. The pain at the top of the penis due to blood pressure becomes the limiting factor always. Is this the way it should be. Or am I putting too much or too little force. I’ve seen people say Pain is bad. What pain is this. Is it the pain while doing PE or is it a pain that
Lasts for longer periods(days)?.

Apart from this, I get a pain which is instantaneous and related to hart rate at palms and foot for around 24 hrs after a PE session. This pain always happens in a small area of foot or palm(and some times neck). Is anybody having this kind of experience?

If any one out there has a routine that works well for very low LOT holders, please let me know, so that I can try out. And if there are people who had a very difficult starting gains like me, please let me know your experiences, particularly I want to know what kind of gaining profile I can anticipate.

Thank you.

Not gaining after one month is no big deal. Not everyone gains straightaway, and if you’re expecting big fast gains, you may as well quit. Its a marathon, not a sprint.

As for you saying you havent measured, but visually its the same, thats another no-no. You MUST measure. Without measurements, you will never know if you’ve gained or not. You may have gained 1/8th an inch, but with no measuring, you won’t know.

Pain is bad. Period. When stretching you should be able to feel the stretch on the ligs. If you’re experiencing pain, then you’re pulling too hard.

LOT theory is juat that - a theory. Pay little (if any) attention to it until well into your PE career.

Gaining profile? Everyone gains at different rates, I cannot stress this enough, there is no answer to it.

Restart with the Newbie routine, and stick with it for 3 months minimum, then you can think about doing more.

Good luck.

Also another thing Sexguy.. Do not just do upward stretches. Do all the kinds like the guy in the videos. Rotor stretch, Downward Stretch, Sideways Stretch etc. When you jelq make sure you jelq with enough pressure to feel a little discomfort. But DO NOT overdo it. Also Be patient.
