Lots of sex therapist don’t believe the average penis size either. THEY THINK THEY ARE TOO LARGE. Smaller guys don’t show up for size studies, bigger ones do. So the numbers are probably skewed up if anything:

SHOWER vs GROWER. Small flaccids can grow a lot, big flaccids may not grow, just get hard.

Research shows soft (flaccid) penises vary in size much more than erect ones do - and it isn’t possible to predict from a soft cock what It’ll look like when It’s hard.

Some guys don’t change much between flaccid and erect, others do. Sometimes this is referred to as guys being ‘showers’ - they’re big when soft and don’t get much bigger; or ‘growers’ - they’re smaller when soft but then grow a fair bit as they get hard.

I think the women you met were very nasty people.

Nasty people…yes. But I’ve seen flaccids that dwarf my hardest erection. I’m not trying to say that every guy but me has an 11” long, 9” girth monstrosity, with it’s own eco-system, and 2, or 3 satellites that orbit it. I just don’t believe that I’m on the upper side of average.

I will never understand this idea that doctors are lying/the measurements are not indicative of true average penis size. Every survey/measurement I can think of has been in some way or another volunteer. Even the ones where it seems random. The guys from Kinsey didn’t have to measure their penis, the small guys could have walked into the back room with a card and made up some number, or not even volunteered at all, or done some other bullshit.

No guy on earth probably has a natural 11X9. There are some studies done where girth is in the lower part of 4 inches. Seeing as though it is hard to measure your girth “too low” Even with a good squeeze you take off about 0.25 tops. It is quite possible the average is close to 4 than 5 inches.

Also there is a serious flaw here. Why the fuck do people think that because there are a couple guys on this site “There are too many for it to be coincidence.” this whole damn thread is about people coming here because something bad + dick related happened to you. There could be 50 other guys with your size, who never had a reason to come here. I’m not saying it is the case, but a simple counter to that logic.

Titleist made reference to his ex-wife who called him small. He is a complete anomaly IMO. I mean no guy close to his size has ever reported anything but “fucking huge” on this forum, at least that I have seen and I can can’t imagine his ex-wife ever found bigger.

Long Vehicle, Thank you haha. Naab I don’t mean any offense, and as I look back at my post I realize it looked like a direct attack, so my apologies. Although I have experience with enough girls to have a general perception, truth is I have not been with 50 + women to hear their size comments, and I imagine that most men who have and are not in the “absolutely huge” category have heard at least one damaging comment. I imagine this can either taint ones view or (if I am wrong) give them a more realistic picture. I just live my life like it is a fact finding mission, and although I have met those with strong arguments stating that the average 6 X 5 plus, I have seen nothing in the form of hard data that would support this. Of course this does not preclude it from being an ultimate truth, but when looking at size it means that it is important to look at it with a relatively healthy perspective. For every guy mention who talks about their significant other having larger than an 8X6, I hear about a guy inbetween 5 and 5.5 inches girth (probably not even mid-shaft) who is regarded as big or huge. I have never heard someone who mentions having over 5 inches in girth real life as being called anything but big, and I have talked to a lot of people openly about this. You may also notice this when you see general comments about famous people who reveal their dicks only to see that they are not much bigger than 7X5 if at all. This just makes more sense to me when looking at the whole picture but again I do not as a single person embody all knowledge as it pertains to penis size or anything for that matter. My opinions are truly in the minority on this board, but it is my truest belief that if everyone on earth were asked to measure themselves, and give the best possible estimate of their size while taking a polygraph, we would get some interesting answers.

UT, I have a pretty thick skin so I wasn’t getting upset either. I just didn’t want this to turn into a pissing contest like I see other treads deteriorate into. I see where you’re coming from now so I apologise if I sound sounded upset.

I haven’t been with a ton of women either, but when the majority of them have something negative to say it makes you think. The ones that muttered “poor baby” to themselves, didn’t think I could hear them and were actually shaking their heads…with pity.

This one chicks girlfriend told me I should leave her buddy alone because she was laughing and telling everyone I had a little dick. It’s these incidents, among others, that let me know the average isn’t acurate.

Naab, you think your very limited and select personal experience has more weight than studies done with 1000’s upon 1000’s of men? If so, that is highly illogical thinking.

Maybe so , but personal experiences are all we have to go on.

Look I’m not trying to discourage anyones beliefs in the statistics (like I said it’s my opinion), but when the majority of the women you’ve been with have something negative to say about your size what conclusion can you come up with?

You can either draw the conclusion that the statistics are somehow invalid or you can examine the possibility of a trend in the way women approach penis size, or, even more narrowly, how they approach penis size in relation to you.

Furthermore, if a women has had say 10 sexual partners, then they propbably will have had above average guys before and might judge all future experiences on their biggest. It’s highly unlikely they’re going to judge you based on an average that they have worked out based on the men they’ve been with, they’ll probably just rememebr the biggest and the smallest, and that’s it.

Of course, some will argue a ‘good’ women will not focus on size at all, and be concerned with all the other important things about sex and sexuality.
