Futurehorse, stick to the newbie routine for at least one month, depending on how often you jelq and stretch. This will condition (acclimate) your overall penis and internal structures for more advanced routines. The worst thing you could right now would be to damage your penis and have to take several days or weeks to recover.
You are in this PE for the long haul, ie. month’s and years sometimes, take it slow and easy and read what others have posted on Thunder’s. Good luck and be consistant with your PE experience!
