I checked my LOT the other day and it was about 7-7:30.Does this mean that I should start hanging?

I know I am new here ,but I have been peing for about 6 months on and off.

Short term goal:7.5"EL 6"EG Long term goal:8.5"EL 6.5" EG

I think you should work on fixing that “on and off” part and forget about LOT.
