Hey guys,

Well I am about 2 and a half months in, no gains to report. For the first 2 months I did 10 mins of stretching and 200-250 jelqs on a 2 on/1 off schedule. For the last 2 weeks I have been doing 15 minutes of stretching and 300-350 jelqs on a 3 on/1 off schedule. Here is my question, for the last few sessions while stretching the underside of my glans where the ridge line is has been getting really hard and my whole head has been getting dark and the some purple spots have been appearing. Even today I was stretching and 2 large red spots appeared on my shaft about half way through the session so I stopped immediately.

Am I going about PE completely wrong? Am I over training? I just don’t understand why I have had no gains at all and why I have been getting so many negative signs. What do you all think I should do? I am trying my best not to get disheartened but nothing seems to be working out. Thanks for the advice, WBXL

I would probably take a 1-2 week break from PE completely. Then resume again.


Starting over with the newbie routine on Jan. 1st, 2007.

Take some time off to let everything heal. This could be a few day or a few weeks, it depends how quick your penis heals.

Some guys gain quicker than others, you need to realise that. Just relax and do the newbie routine for now, the gains will come eventually. It might happen that you won’t gain through the newbie routine, which is OK. You’ll end up with a conditioned cock, which could take advanced exercises. You might gain very well from these :) .

Alright thanks for the advice guys, I will take some time and let everything heal and then resume my routine for a few weeks before starting a new routine. I am highly considering your routine bird and I think I will give it a shot after a little more time.

My advice is to take it easy with the amount of compression you’re using while jelqing. As I mentioned in another thread, I experienced some numbness and spotting after an intense 20 min jelq session last week (Started PE 11/2006). I stopped all PE. Finally, after an anxiety filled week, I’ve got full sensation back - no more sharp tingling and partial erections. In fact, I counted at least five nocturnal erections last night, that following sex with my wife (Happy New Year! ). I’m going to cautiously start PE again in a couple of days.
