What's with the avatars

Really? I USED the search button but couldn’t find any answers. All I got was to go to the user cp and click on edit avatar but that does nothing.. Just an option “use no avatar”

Go to “edit avatar”. then either enter an html (to get a pic from the web) in the first space or “browse” your computer for a picture. the file can only be so big. Then after you get a picture (in one of those two places) just click “save changes”. it’s easy.
