When can a Rookie Start ULIs?

When can a Rookie Start ULIs?

Hey guys!

I’m a month in to PE. I’m looking mainly for girth. Currently I’m on the newbie with some added dry jelqing. I PE 5 on/2 off. In a month or so, once the lowbeam adjusts to the dry jelqing, I want to add a girth day starting with some ULIs every other time I PE.

My question is are ULIs too intense to start this early?

To me, the ULI is the fundamental form of girth work, using an OK grip to trap blood and then squeezing the shaft to further pressurize it. I think jelqing is a variation on an Uli, a moving gentle Uli so to speak. So I think a newbie could start them as soon as they like, provided you’re having no negative issues with the other exercises. Learning the ideal way to jelq and Uli goes hand in hand. The intensity of the ULI will be based on how hard you squeeze, just like with jelqing, so you can adjust it to your own preference.

How thanks for the quick reply! Also, thanks for your number crunching threads on the expected rate of gains. Expecting 1 ci/year of steady gains helps me keep the long view.
