When does extending become hanging?

I have taken to using my phallosan extender as something more like a hanger. I think quite a few others have tried this. I am connecting the spring to my foot via the elastic strap and can then let it pull well into the red zone. This stretches my flaccid from 3.5 inches to 7.1 inches. It’s a pretty extreme stretch especially as my BPEL is less than 6 inches.

I am doing sets of 40-60 mins about 4 times a day which is leaving my member feeling pretty achy, but there is no skin damage or tingling or loss of wood.

I am not a newbie but have been erratic over the years. Really went for it with jelqing recently and it has definitely increased my girth. I want to go for length now. Your all thoughts appreciated. If I had a question it is this: surely more hours will equate to more gains, at least as long as there are no injuries and as I say - so far so good - just some penile aching.

PS I am using lots of heat from hot water bottle - really seems to help
