When does it stop growing naturally

I read in a few sources that a mans penis can still grow even into his early twenties. Is this true? And if it is, could PE possibly stop natural penis growth?

Could PE stop growth during puberty; no, if anything it would speed it up. (PE is natural growth BTW)

I can’t remember where (will add a link if I’ll find) I’ve read natural penile grow stops anywhere between 18-22. We don’t know if PE can stop natural penile growth, but reflect on this : most of injuries are reported here by younger PEers.
