Where do you measure fat pad.

Where do you measure fat pad.

Do you measure straight in from the base of the penis or in the middle of the pelvis/1 inch up the body from penis base. Because when I measure from penis base I get 4cm when I measure from middle of pelvis I get 2-2.5 cm. Of fat.

Here’s a pic do you measure from the blue or red straight in.

Blue.

Now if you simply want to know how “bad” your lower belly fat is measure where ever it is the worst.

The “fat pad” as a technical term related to PE refers specifically to the difference in length between the visible penis and the penis as if you had no fat in the way.

When I put a ruler on the blue line and then press straight it till I hit bone, I’m 4cm so I guess if I lose 1.5cm of fat I’ll gain 1.5cm to penis length? And the average fat pad is 0.5-1” so I could afford to lose a little.

PE the second time around has been weird cause I think as I may be growing I’m also gaining fat , even tho I’m at the same weightnive been for a year. I must have lost muscle and gained fat. That well soon change lol

That is it exactly!

That is also why we mostly advise seriously overweight guys with limited available time to focus on health and weight loss rather than PE.

Sorry if this question has been asked but I’m trying to understand this whole fat pad BPEL thing. So say for example someone measured 6 inches BPEL and after PE they gained a half inch, so now they measure 6 1/2 inches BPEL. So is this saying that if that person measured NBPEL they would still show a half inch gain?

It depends if the man has maintained his bodyfat percentage from when he first measured at the start of his P.E to several months/years later when he measures again. If his bodyfat was 15% at the beginning and 15% at the end then the 0.5” gain of BPEL would also translate to a 0.5” gain of NBPEL.

If between that space of time he began eating a lot of takeaways and didn’t exercise at all that 0.5” BPEL he gained might only translate to a 0.25” in NBPEL gain. But if within that time he actually started to eat healthy and workout three times a week, dramatically decreasing his bodyfat percentage, the 0.5” BPEL gain might actually translate to a 0.75” NBPEL gain depending on how much fat he lost.

But don’t get too hung up on bodyfat percentage in relation to PE, unless you’re really overweight of course.
