Where to go now? Wanting to make the leap from big to huge.
So quick intro/background
About 7.25”BPEL x 5.3”EG, started a few years ago and was a little under 6”x5”. Safe so say I’m ecstatic about the gains I’ve made but I want to make the transition from “big” to “huge”. Ideal size is the fabled 8”x6”
Here’s a rough idea of how my routine started and where it is now
Started with basic newbie routine stretches+Ulis+jelqs but didn’t actually incorporate Ulis until more recently.
Warm up - 5-10 minute warm cloth
Manual stretches and I try to do different directions on different days, as in if on Monday I did straight to the left, straight to the right, etc, I’d try to stretch at an angle in between if I did more stretching the following day or later in the week.
150 jelqs
Cool down
Also I’ve had some success with doing 20-30 jelqs, then going to Ulis for a set of 5 and getting harder, then relaxing for several minutes and going back in to jelqs.
Typically do 2-on-1-off or 3-on-1-off but occasional over-training has happened so I’m moving toward 2-on-1-off more recently.
Supplements:
Arginine and Zinc are the only things I take specifically for PE but still not sure what effect they have.
So I guess here’s my question:
My routine really hasn’t changed much and I noticed the biggest results after I decon’d without knowing it and I gained a little over a 1/4” of length and girth in about a week or two. Has anyone made a similar journey from 7” to 8”, and if so what routines did you find to help the most? Any input as far as workout vs. Rest days or decon breaks? Best exercises you’ve found for length/girth specific gains? Any input is greatly appreciated, this forum has helped me over the years even though I’m just now joining and I hope to hear from some of you.
