So quick intro/background

About 7.25”BPEL x 5.3”EG, started a few years ago and was a little under 6”x5”. Safe so say I’m ecstatic about the gains I’ve made but I want to make the transition from “big” to “huge”. Ideal size is the fabled 8”x6”

Here’s a rough idea of how my routine started and where it is now

Started with basic newbie routine stretches+Ulis+jelqs but didn’t actually incorporate Ulis until more recently.
Warm up - 5-10 minute warm cloth
Manual stretches and I try to do different directions on different days, as in if on Monday I did straight to the left, straight to the right, etc, I’d try to stretch at an angle in between if I did more stretching the following day or later in the week.
150 jelqs
Cool down

Also I’ve had some success with doing 20-30 jelqs, then going to Ulis for a set of 5 and getting harder, then relaxing for several minutes and going back in to jelqs.

Typically do 2-on-1-off or 3-on-1-off but occasional over-training has happened so I’m moving toward 2-on-1-off more recently.

Supplements:
Arginine and Zinc are the only things I take specifically for PE but still not sure what effect they have.

So I guess here’s my question:
My routine really hasn’t changed much and I noticed the biggest results after I decon’d without knowing it and I gained a little over a 1/4” of length and girth in about a week or two. Has anyone made a similar journey from 7” to 8”, and if so what routines did you find to help the most? Any input as far as workout vs. Rest days or decon breaks? Best exercises you’ve found for length/girth specific gains? Any input is greatly appreciated, this forum has helped me over the years even though I’m just now joining and I hope to hear from some of you.

I’m not an expert on that scale of length gain (my total gain is about 1.2”, from 6.8 to 8.0), but a combination of plump bends, pumping, clamping, and edging has allowed my girth to go from under 4.5 to 5.75+ (MEG), and 5.0 to 6.5 (BEG). This is more gain than you seek since you started at a somewhat bigger girth. I have approached all of these techniques gently but steadily.

Thanks for the reply giantsecret. I’ll investigate plump bends and edging but I’m still hesitant about getting into pumping and clamping after having such good results with just manual work.

Any interesting length exercises you’ve used? Or just newbie routine kind of stuff?

Yes, my length gains were really just stretching and jelqing. I reached over 8” with my first round of PE more than 15 years ago, and have been pretty content with that length (I might try for 8.5 some day, though!). I got back into PE in 2013 to achieve a girth to match, and am nearly there.

Oh alright thanks for clearing that up! I think I’m going to restructure my routine so it’s more spread out. Incorporate rotating between girth and length based exercises and start to take more time off and use thoughtfulgold’s advice of several week cycles that include a week off and then after several cycles take several weeks off to encourage growth. Hopefully I can hit that magical 8x6 in a year or two hahah

If a decon break worked well for you once, consider doing it a few times per year. You could find that it yields regular “easy” gains afterward each time.

My 2 cents. Be patient. You don’t leap from big to huge. You work for it consistently. Do what works for as long as it works. When it stops working, adapt and take it from there. There’s now holy grail when it comes to PE. The only thing you get fast in PE is injured, so be patient, focus on your goal and just put in the sessions. Congrats on the gains you have earned so far, and here’s to more in future. I’m currently on an involuntary break from PE because of situations in my life, but I’m hoping to get back into it next week and work towards my 9 inches.

Taking the week off but I’ve gotten some great ideas to modify my routine when I get back into it, I think my new routine is going to be as follows

-Incorporate the “cycles” idea where its 3 weeks on 1 week off and in the 3 “on weeks” have a 2-on-1-off or 3-on-1-off cycle in that and then take a week off, then after 3 or 4 cycles take a month off.

-Length and girth specific days - more stretches and jelqs on length days than my current routine, and girth days start to incorporate horse440’s and a variety of uli’s. Also going to look into some more manual exercises like plump bends and edging/ballooning. Also going to start incorporating kegels regularly.

I think I’ll probably start a practice log on here just so I have some sort of reminder because it’s easy to fall out of cycle.

Any input on how masturbation/ejaculation effects PE? I think I remember seeing a study a while back that said people who ejaculated the day of or the day after a workout saw a noticeable decrease on their return in the long term but I was wondering if anyone had specifics.

As long as you’re not going extreme, feel free to ejaculate. It never hindered my gains. I know others say differently.

Gotcha, from what I’ve seen after searching on here it seems like as long as you aren’t beating your dick like it owes you money it’s generally fine.

I think I might tone it down a little just to see what it does for my sex drive.
