Hello All,

Just looking for some encouragement. Ive been doing some pe basics for over 6 months and trying to figure out what works for me and what doesnt. Im still not sure what works for me as im still trying to figure it out. I just started doing 200 jelqs in the morning 5 on/2 off. I have only been doing this for 2 months but have hust had to take a break for 3 weeks. I havent really seen any gains on this. unfortunately thats all I can do as i have very little to no privacy at home and I do this while in the shower.

I had dabbled with a vlc tugger for about a month and liked the flaccid hang i got but was challenging keeping on while working. Just got the vac ads and this looks like it will hold up alot better with the silicone sleeve. Im looking to start this within 1-2 weeks in conjunction with my morning jelqs. I have a few questions.

Should i stretch downward with leg strap or should i stretch around the waist with pulley cord or should i stretch in different directions?

Who has had length gains in what direction?

What kind of length gains did you get?

Please help guys. Im determined to gain but dont want to hurt myself

I have made gains using a ADS. I later added hanging and continued to gain. My length routine is ADS and hanging.


Started: (NOV14) BPEL 5" MEG 4.75" BEG 4.75"

Current: BPEL 6.438 MEG 4.875" BEG 5.25"

You want length primarily right?

Listen, dry jelq with 20%-30% erection. Straight out and striaght down. Also, stretch the same way, straight out and straight down.

Give it 6 months mate. Easy gains. Just needs time.

Only jelging and stretches but mainly jelging gave me half an inch in length in 7 months. Didn’t saw any gains except erection quality until the fourth month. Give it time.

Hey bill10. Im not quitting manuals. Still do 200-215 dry jelqs every morning. I jelq upward though. Whats the difference if i do so outward and downward? Hitting different parts?

Sometimes i switch it up and mix jelqs with stretching or just stretching in every direction so that my penis doesnt adapt. Im using the ads as an after workout to keep it stretched longer or in healing phase.

So bill10 u saw absolutely no gains until 6 months? See i dont mind waiting that long for those gains or more or less as long as i know im doing the right thing. Thats my real issue; i want to try to use my time as efficient as possible

I didn’t see very good results until I started 1) thoroughly heating before hand 2) doing longer sessions and 3) clamping for girth. I got more effect in 2 months than the whole year preceding.

I first started heating with hot wash cloths but discovered that filling a 8 oz pharmacy bottle with very hot water and stretching over and under, kinda like a torture rack of old, for 10 minutes is really effective. The bottle is about 2-1/2” in diameter so the circumference is good for my 7.5”. After heating proceed with jelqs/ clamp etc.

Hello gregon what gains did you make length or girth? And how much? How long would you heat up for? I do my routine in shower as thats the only time i have 20 mins of privacy. So i let the hot water hit junior for like 2 mins then do either dry jelqing under hot water or stretching

So you are doing aided V streches and A stretches for how long each hold?

Do you do a total of 10mins stretching?

Downards, outwards, same thing, as long as you jelq right.

Good, keep the jelqs there.Don’t do more cause we are talking dry jelqs which are very intense. I don’t think many realize how intense they are in comparison to wet ones.

For the first 4 months I only had badass EQ. The fourth month I measured my first gains of 0.3 in length and after an 11 day break caused by a stupid injury.Rest of the gains came gradually.

I am highly convinced that if I had continued, I would have gaine half an inch more in another 6 months, but, wife’s orders….. What can you do?

I am maintainig now, twice a week 100 dry ones and a set of good stretches.

In my experience, tension-based ADS don’t work. Also in my experience, weight-based ADS do work. I prefer Cock Coils.

I think most people that fail to see gains with an ADS just are not doing it right. The noose types cause pain at the glans and this does not allow for high enough tension to achieve acceptable gains. If you can wear a ADS for more than two hours straight without adjusting you should crank up the tension. You should not be in pain but you also should not be able to forget you have it on either. I use a smaller version of a hanger to grip the shaft about a half inch behind the glans and strap it just above my knee. I also use an elastic cord because the pull force is greater than rubber band type items. As I fatigue I have to adjust more often and each time I switch legs.

Hey Mitch nice gains man. Can you post some pics of what your using. Im using a pretty neat setup and am adjusting to it. I like the tug i get. I use the vlc tugger or the vac ads with still on systems leg strap (really neat leg strap) hooked up with bungee cord for some nice tension. I will post pics from other post next. The vlc holds up the best cause im uncut and goes on the easiest. Sometimes i can get the vac ads on as well but a little more challenging. Im doing ads 5-8 hours a day but still doing manual exercises in the morning. Im hopeful and encouraged.

Beginning at 6-1/2” BPEL / 4-3/4 EG (mid).
Now 7-5/8” BPEL/ 5-3/8” EG.

To my previous post about the importance of heating, let me add that long sessions really seems to make a difference. After the following routine I can feel the pumped volume for a long time after.
My ideal workout is as follows although I do subsets as time permits. The heating is SO important.

I do about 10-20 minutes of the hot bottle V/A stretches, hold about a minute A then V then A etc (reheat bottle after 10 min). I think that thorough heating is absolutely essential. Softens the collagen for stretching.
Next, 10 minutes clamped squeeze or wet jelq both outward and back (DO NOT OVER-PRESSURE ON THIS). Kegel before the squeezes, increase the pressure
Next, 10 fire-goat rolls.
Continue 10 minutes wet jelq/ Ulis / horse 440. Kegel before the squeezes.
Fire-goat.
Next, fully erect edge 10 minutes (best case, not unusual to submit to nature in 3 min heheh) to maintain the pressure.

I also use a 15 oz ball stretcher for hours at a time when I can and occasionally add 8 oz to that. (See thechaingang. Com for a great selection. START LIGHT, experience speakin here). With the weights on pull the penis straight up, nice skin stretch.

I also BTC stretch for extended periods (when I think of it) and can maintain the BTC stretch for sleeping, probably for an hour or so before I move around and lose it.

I did very well, with ADS of over 2# (maybe 2.5# plus) but I have a thick unit, you might do well with less weight, not sure how that works. I wore mine 12+ hours a day, constantly moving, and I did very well with it. Over 2” gains, but once I was “up there” I quit measuring. I had lost a good bit of weight, I was 165# and 5’11 so that is rather thin, but I could easily do the Ron Jeremy maneuver, called the HedgeHog. Standing, sitting, lying down, whatever. But I have always been very limber. I was very close if not over 10” BPEL and I started PE perhaps 30 years ago, I was a max. of 8” but it was a side measure, so I’m thinking 7.5 BPEL x 5.5 MEG at the very start. I swear by the ADS, it was one of my mainstays, especially when I got my very best gains. The bad part is I had a detached retina and I totally quit PE for quite some time. The healing process was 8 weeks plus and I could not lift more than 5#. If my eye surgeon, Dr. Kim had seen my cock, he would have ordered me to have help urinating for sure! :rofl:

It took several years to lose about an inch or more, but I am currently pushing 9” BPEL (8.5 on my starting stats) but the MEG is good. Darn near my peak. So I am happy for that, and the length will come back soon enough. I am ready to rebuild my ADS now, the loop is getting too small, Ihave to do some good jelqs and a good warm up because the loop constricts the area behind my glans. I am using just over a pound now, I need more weight and a bigger loop. Mine is all stainless steel, so it is heavy, and rather compact. It is a home made device, the loop is about 1.25” but my MEG is over 6” and doing the math the 1.25” diameter calls for a girth of only around 4” so it is tight! I have some adjustment available, I will do that this weekend maybe. Plus add more weight!

@gregon: wow you really put in some time. I unfortunately cannot do that much time. I have atarted to incorporate the hot cup and put junior in there for 2 mins and then do my manual routines.

@2Big: nice gains. was all your ADS weight hanging or was some of it tension? Which weights did you use for that long every day? I havent seen something that you can keep on that long. Do you have pics of this home made hanging system
