Will I be able to PE again

Guys,

I picked up an injury in April of this year - I had just started PEing and moved quickly into erect jelqs in my eagerness. I then started to feel a pain just below my penis glans, especially when it is squeezed. I also have occasional testicle pain and a feeling of unfinished business after urinating I.e. There tends to be more but I cannot get it out.

I have seen a urologist and he is mystified. He says give it time (already been 6months) and then return. I’m thinking now though it may be a urethral stricture due to my urine retention, and relatively localised pain at top of urethra.

What do you guys think? If it is, the urethra would need to be widened and if so, would I ever be able to PE again?

I need PE. My EG is 4.25 and my future aspirations with relationships rely heavily on a thicker unit.

Not the end. I am no doctor, therefore, my only advice for you is to listen to one. If he tells you to give it time, you should. You could also visit another doctor to maybe get another perspective. But do not rush into PE if you might have a condition. I was stupid once to continue hanging even though I felt pain in my foreskin. It resulted in deformed foreskin behind my glans, so I barely couldn’t get my head out. I gave it months, and started pumping, and thankfully, I’m back to normal again.

I’ll keep resting until my next visit. Thanks. But anyone else out there had urethra narrowing or an injury in which you doubted you could PE again?

You will have to be patient thomas and leave everything alone until you can urinate properly, and get good erections. . But most guys find that giving a good rest until things have healed is the best way to go .

Make sure you are as honest with your doctor as possible about what caused the issue. The more information he has the greater the likelyhood he will be able to help.

Rarely do urethral tears/stricture of the urethra heal without surgery. A significant amount of time has lapsed and the sight of the injury should be as normal as possible (no inflammation). You need to go back to the urologist or a different urologist for a follow-up visit, a second opinion might be valuable in your situation.

So let us assume a urethral stricture, is it possible to return to PE after surgery? What are the complications?

Good luck with your injury. Make sure you are 100% ok before continuing PE. I had an injury and it is the worst thing that can ever happen. Gods Speed.

I would think that after surgery you would have to give it at least a year till PE and then only light PE.

diesel power, what was your injury? and how long were you out for? Misterwhiskers, I appreciate your input but I really cannot afford light PE - 4.25 EG needs to be improved upon asap.

Well I would say lay off the manual exercises for awhile if after surgery.
But if it’s Girth your looking for then you maybe better off using a pump because then you won’t be grabbing and moving the area too physically you’ll only be expanding it.

But that’s basically all my input. But your unit will need time to heal.

Pumping might not be a bad idea - I see where you’re coming from.

Let’s suppose it is not a urethra problem - do you guys have any suggestions as to what it may be? I feel there is always slightly more urine to come, it stings occasionally when I urinate with force and when I pinch below the glans, there is a slight pain…anyone had/heard of similar? Remember it’s been almost 6 months now. In my opinion, too long for a burst vessel or something of the sort

Diesel power, having a big dick that doesn’t work is worst then having a small one. I think you should let it heal and see where that takes you.
