I have take a break from PE ( 1,2 month)

I will start with a mild routine but many people on Thunders seems to unlike the newbie routine.

What do you think about it ? Or do you think it’s better to use Thunders routine?

Who’s these people who unlike the newbie routine?

Newbie routine seems like a solid base to work with for the first three months. Some people have only used newbie routine and have gain 1-2 inches over 2 year period. The other thing people say is listen to your body, observe the feedback it gives you and modify the newbie routine to “see what works best for you.”

If we didn’t like Thunder’s routine then it wouldn’t be the Thunder’s routine.

A lot of us use different methods, but most of us do so because we’ve gotten to the point where we need to change from the newbie routine.

Throwing bitch fits is just going to make us not want to answer any more of your questions. Especially questions that you could have answered yourself by reading through what most of us have already said before.

Stick with the Thunders routine. You can do less to start with if you want, and build it up slowly. We are not going to promise you the ” 1” to 2” (possibly more), and 0.5” girth in just a few weeks” that you get promised on lpsg. We are more realistic than that.

We do ask you not to post in all upper case. It is rather rude. There are hundreds of posts about the Newbie Routine on this site. Very few of them are negative, and those that are are more about people not liking the name than not liking the routine!
