Will taking a break from P.E decrease gains

Will taking a break from P.E decrease gains

I’ve been doing p.e for about a few months now, but very inconsistent cause of my hectic college schedule. I noticed around 1-2 cm of gains during the 1st 2 months. Then my 3rd month got really busy, and I had no time for p.e. And I seem to have lost back around 1cm.

My p.e is

Warmup 5 minutes
Stretch 10 minutes
Jelqs 150 times
Cool down 5 minutes

Please tell me what’s going on, am I gaining enough in 3 months? And is my schedule appropriate?

It’s fairly common to lose some of your gains if you stop after only PEing for a few months. It could also be a combination of losing size after losing erection quality (PE = harder/larger erections). You can help “cement” your gains by continuing to PE for a few more months after you make your gains. Many members find that it’s easier to regain lost size after starting up again.

You’re making great gains and your routine seems about right. I would continue with what you’ve been doing and add reps only if you feel your growth is slowing. As I’m sure you know, consistency is the key.

If I saw my unit grow 1-2 cm in 2 months I’d never let a busy schedule get in the way. I’d be extra motivated to find time. Keep consistent, you’re doing great.

For me, after years off and no physical exercise I lost quite a bit, at least half to 3/4 of an inch. It came back quickly, within a month. Now I’m going for even bigger. :)

Most report that a light maintenance schedule keeps gains.

When I first did PE.. They were ones that I got from another site but are the same as you find here for free ~ I think it cost me $19.99 to “discover” the secret of growth ~ I did them pretty regularly for about six months or so. What I noticed was that daily gains sometimes appeared to be occasionally gone, and I did begin to think that the whole thing was a waste of time and effort and that all I was doing was basically keeping a bit of extra blood in my penis due to the morning exercise. So I got a bit disillusioned and I stopped doing the exercises daily, but I then realised that after I gave up doing the exercises on a day to day basis my overall size had improved anyway. By then ( and I might be one of the lucky ones in this respect ) the work had already been done and all I needed to do was an occasional session to keep things going.. And sometimes I didn’t even do that, but I hung better because of the earlier work.

Don’t get disillusioned by apparent lack of gains, if you are doing the work eventually you will reap the reward ( and that goes for life as well.. Good luck at college ).
