It’s almost exclusively newbies who damage their dicks doing PE.
Imagine walking into a gym for the first time. You see a guy benching 200lb, so you decide to bench 200lb, having never touched a weight before. What do you think is going to happen? You may get away with it, but the chances of injury are much higher than for the gym rat who has been lifting for a long time.
PE is the same. If you start with a light routine and don’t do any high erection level jelqs, or large numbers of them, you will be fine. You have to build it up - your blood vessels and tissues are not used to high pressures when you start, so the chances of injury are much, much higher if you do anything excessive. But if you start sensibly, it’s unlikely you will have a problem.
