Hey guys I’m worried I’m not doing enough PE

I see so many guys that are dedicating 8 hours a day on here to PE. I simply don’t know how I could fit that much time in with work commitments etc. I don’t want PE to consume my life and there’s no way on earth I’m going to wear an ADS at work.

So, I’m hanging 2 hours a day at 11Kg using a vac hanger. Is this enough time to see gains?

Don’t think so dude. If we were PEing for 8 hours a day we wouldn’t have time for a job. Most guy spend 45 minutes to 1.5 hours a day on PE.

Dont worry, 2 hours of hanging each day is enough time to see gains. I dont know anyone who has hung 8 hours a day, but I believe the more the better.

How do you hang 11 kg off your dick with a vac hanger comfortably though? Could you explain how you tape the glans, also how big is your glans in relation to the hanger, does your head stay fully sucked in with this weight, do you reapply the hanger after a certain time etc.

Oh, I’m so sorry. I did a bit of conversion for our American cousins and got it completely wrong. I’m hanging 5Kg which is roughly 11lb

I agree with the hanging comment but I see so many guys on here who say.. “I do a couple of hours hanging in sets and then.. 4-5 hours ADS

How they fit it in I simply do not know

Well, ADS can be done anytime anywhere. It’s passive penis enlargement versus actively doing something like working out.

Yeah you can’t compare time using an ADS with different forms of PE. It is like comparing apples and oranges.
