Would I still be considered a newbie

Would I still be considered a newbie

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum however I have jelqed and kegel ed prior to discovering this site.

I feel like the newbie routine is more or less what I have been doing already, except not as consistently. Is it okay for me to move onto another routine such as Ulis, or is that too intense?

You might wanna give a consistent newb routine a chance for one or two months before even contemplating Ulis and such. Just my opinion.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

If you feel you’re ready then go ahead, try just be very gentle at first. Don’t go diving head first into things all out beating the hell out of your dick. Believe me I’ve tried it and having a bruised battered dick isn’t nice!

Part of the point of the newbie routine is to make sure your dick is conditioned to withstand the more rigorous advanced routines and exercises. There’s not a magic number of days one has to do it, but there is a physical condition at which your penis should be before advancing. What is that? Only you can guess. Personally, I’d suggest doing the newbie routine consistently for several weeks then carefully and thoughtfully begin adding some advanced exercises.

Good luck
