WOW! I've grown with my new routine!!

I’m so happy today, I havent masturbated for about a week and I havent measured for about a month

Now after my last poor measurement of 14cm length and 12cm girth I changed my routine to the following:

Now after about 5-6 weeks of doing this new routine im happy to report ive grown 1cm in both length and girth :D

im now 15cm L and 13cm G

Just thought I would share that the above routine, DEFINATELY WORKS!! TRY IT!

I think I might incorporate these modified V-stretches into my routine, although I’m not too sure about staying away from masturbation, I can only go about 48 hours before I need to jerk off :D Thanks for the heads-up on the routine.

I am definatley going to give bennett’s method a go once my “newb” phase is out the way (again lol)

Yea me too. I have been really looking into various stretches since I am currently retired from hanging and this seems like a good stretch to incorporate into my PE routine.
