WTF why can't I gain.
Onto month four now and still no gains, I’m am truly lost at this point now. I see people gaining like crazy from the newbie routine yet I can’t gain anything. What am I doing wrong? I just don’t understand this at all, this is really starting to aggravate me. Help please.
I am doing the newbie routine
-Warm up rice sock 5 mins
-Stretch up,down, straight out, left, and right 10 mins total 30 sec each stretch
-400 wet jelqs
-Warm down
-Two days on one day off
I have no pain, no red spots, no turtle dick afterwards, and no gains.
