Yeah, I might try to do some low impact stuff. The dots are already almost gone. I’m still not sure if the problem is that I’m too erect or using too much pressure. How much pressure are you supposed to use?

You want it to look bigger don’t you? But, Yes, it can increase the volume of a penis. Simply making it a bigger object.

Gradual expansion of tissue in the penis through hard work, elasticity, or lack thereof, breaking of bonds between fibres in the CC and CS, reformation in stretched/non-turtled state. So on and so forth.

There are very detailed threads and posts on all of the above if you want to search them. I can’t write an essay right now but most of the above helps explain the mechanics and biology behind HOW we gain.

Sandisk, being overall healthy (drinking proper amounts of water, running, weight lifting, not smoking, eating right) it all can contribute to your penis. Taking proper vitamins. Your penis is another limb of your body is it not? Being healthy is something that you should be trying to maintain whether it helps your penis grow or not.

Was wondering if there are such a thing as non/never-gainers? Not from lack of trying, doing things improperly, etc., but like say someone PEd correctly and with dedication but still never gained. Is this possible? I’ve been PE-ing for awhile and am still yet to see any gains (girth or length). I’m not expecting a miracle or quick results but some results would be nice, and a motivational factor to continue PE-ing. I’m not here to whine or call shenanigans on PE, just wondering if there are people who never gain despite busting their balls with effort. I’ve posted this question before, but the answers kind of deviated from answering my question to giving me some support and encouragement (which I greatly appreciated). Just wondering if I, personally, am wasting my time.

I know having some more background on me and what I’ve been doing would probably help, but I’m not looking for an evaluation.yet. Just wondering if there are people who never gain despite doing everything right. Thanks a lot in advance guys.

I got this one kingpole. :D . OK AJ. Listen up. Some members here have been doing PE for years and their gains are marginal to nothing. Why do they still do it? It seems so pointless doesn’t it? I know, but think of it this way. If you could make your heart better by running everyday would you do it? Hmm tough one, whats your heart worth? Most people go running because they want that six pack or they want to lose weight or be a faster runner. What they are getting, even if they don’t lose weight, is a better heart. Better blood circulation, a better bone structure, better muscle base, better overall health and in the long run it’ll be worth it.

If you applied that same way of thinking to PE, your eyes might open up a little bit more. You may not be getting length and girth as fast as other members or at all like you say. But PE is more than just gaining (I know that is why I joined too so stay with me) its also about penile health. By doing the newbie routine, I’m still doing it and it works great, your making your penis very healthy. You’ll be better in bed, have longer lasting erections, and your libido will rise. Eventually, the gains will come AJ. Eventually…patience. Keep your workout constant, keep up with the newbie routine. Do your warm ups, do your warm downs. Stretch as hard as you can and jelq for 10 minutes.

When I first started, (before my join date), I was stretching and jelqing. But see my problem is, I wasn’t jelqing correctly. That may be your problem. I know you mentioned you claimed to be doing everything right, but it might not be so. Review the videos. I suggest a dry jelq after a good warm up. Make an OK “O” grip with your hand and at the base hold it and if you feel blood moving to the tip of your penis you are doing it right. 2-3 Second jelqs. Don’t stop. You’ll beat yourself up if you do. Because you will get gains, and once they come (believe me they will) you’ll be here like the rest of us giving tips to others because your so thankful for the gains you got.

I hear a lot of criticism about jelqing can hurt your unit, but I never get red spots or any REAL pain, thats good right? And can jelqing ‘desensitize’ your willy? I feel like the people who criticise it just haven’t found thundersplace.

I just finished my first newbie session , and i have a few questions. When I was stretching after I completed all the stretches the head of my dick had some blotchy purple marks but they faded and were almost to gone after 1 minute and were gone by the time i started to jelq. The same thing happend when i was jelqing also , and i noticed i had a few tiny red bumps by the beginning of my shaft… I was wondering if i need to jelq lighter or not I’m a bit confused on how hard to squeeze.
