I remember when my dad and me went to the alps to bike and climb.
The day after à heavy climb or à long and difficult ride, my dad needed à rest day while I was recovered again.

Younger bodies recover faster than older bodies - Does this work the same in PE?

It’s hard to compare, but I think this could be true. You should do the same routine for the same time and intensity when 25 and when 55 years old to see when You got better results.

If You are unable to do this, You won’t be able to decide in 100% that younger gets better results.

Drop it, do Newbie Routine, keep looking at PI’s. Sometimes is isn’t necessary to think a lot about how to do, but it’s just have to be done.

You missed my point (or maybe I didn’t explain it well)

If my penis recovers faster, I should be able to run a routine with less rest in between. 3 on 1 off, or maybe my penis can continuously recover over night meaning that I don’t need rest days at all. I could slowly start decreasing rest over time.
So the question is if its safe to assume that penis recovery works the same way as muscle recovery or does age not matter in the recovery process

Hmm, ok, I understand now. I think it matters and younger PE-er recovers faster. I think the “everyday routine” can be good idea, especially if including mostly stretching and/or jelqs.

Try it and see the results.

Collagenous tissue does not respond the same way as muscle tissue - they are very different tissues. Recovery rates of collagenous tissue are very similar whether you are 18 or 55. They tend to be slightly faster when still growing fast, and slightly slower after the age of around 60, slowing considerably after mid 70’s. So for our purposes it makes almost no difference.

I am 70 and use my extender 2 to 3 hours (not recommended for beginners) most every day with only an occasional need for a rest day. I also pump at least 20 minutes a day. I think it depends on the individual.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

That is one area where collagenous tissue and muscle tissue are somewhat similar - if you keep using them, they maintain a more youthful quality! :)

Great answer, Thanks firegoat. I’ll stick to 2on 1off then.

For example yesterday my session got interrupted after stretches, so couldn’t do jelq that day
Can I make up by doing full session next morning and do the missed jelqs late night that day so I still got the total amounts of exercises from my 2 days on?

Sometimes it’s good to have a day with more rest. And sometimes it’s good to have a day when you do more than usual. So if you want to play catch-up, that’s fine.
