I have like a 1/2" fat pad… but only a 5.5"x4"

Anyways, I used to have like a 1/5" fat pad until I stopped snorting coke, then it went up to 1/2" (these are not exact measurements, but approximations). I think the coke in my teenager years is the reason for my small unit, but I’m seeing slow, steady progress now. So I guess you could snort coke for a year and a half (joke), but yes it’s possible to lower your fat pad because it happened to me. I recommend cardio and a good ab workout. That’s what I did and now my doctor says I’m as healthy as any other 18 year old, if not healthier.
Yeah this post kind of drifted off, but to reiterate my point: Run (cardio) and do full-sit ups (no crunches b/c crunches target the top part of your abs). There are other exercises for lower stomach as well. You might want to research them online.
