CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

It’s usually lymph, but IME the body takes care of anything you throw at it in “doses.” The horror stories you hear tend to start out like “so I was doing ___ for 72 hour sessions” etc. Even a small thrombosed vein just dies and is “repurposed.” My advice is generally just be reasonable with effort and intensity.

Great info, thanks for sharing

Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

I Hate To Hippo But I Found Something

I’ve been looking for ever trying to find cable clamps locally and failed. However I found these at my local auto parts store. No need for a nut driver or screw driver. They are called master pro and two of them cost me $4

Doesn’t look like there is any quick release mechanism so take care.

If it does not have a quick release I would not use it.
Those plastic thumb screws can break off and/or round off and no longer function to untighten so I would strongly suggest if you do test it that you keep a screwdriver close at hand.

Amazon, ebay, homedepot, lowes, ace hardware, walmart all have cable clamps.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Do we have any machinists who could replicate the weak parts in theses cable clamps? The only reason we need to keep buying them is kegels break the teeth like toothpicks :D

You can buy a 4 pack for $10. I doubt anything a machinist can create will be anywhere close to that low cost point.

When was clamping as a routine they lasted about a week and a half… I doubt it would take long to pay off! It was also quite annoying enough to keep switching the silicone tubing.

Dude you must be generating some serious hydraulic pressure with your kegels!

I guess so

One of nature’s greatest wonders. Just joking. That’s crazy though

Thanks for the tip, I did not think about looking in an auto parts store before. I was looking for one like that. The screwdriver is so annoying and it slips off lol.

That’s why they are made for a hex driver as well. You only need the one size.
